Research in our lab is dedicated to rational drug discovery through identification of biological targets, structure-function analyses and structure-based design. Our focus is mainly on the cellular pathways that are regulated by ubiquitin signals, which are created through covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other cellular proteins.
