The Sensory Lab, led by Dr. Uyen Phan, is located in the Keck Center for Science and Engineering on the Chapman University campus in Orange, CA. We are one of the many labs within the Food Science Department, dedicated to exploring the complex relationship between food, sensory perception, and human behavior.
