CHRISSY (16F) is a ginger schoolgirl convinced that her holy virtue has gotten her chosen to be the next blessed virgin, even though she’s not…a virgin. She is determined to spread the good news.
ADAM (16M) Chrissy’s crush, the ultimate demonstration of masculine temptation, modeled after the biblical Adam. He is less concerned with Chrissy and more concerned with Bible study.
JUDITH (16F) Chrissy’s best friend that feels she needs to knock some sense into her. Her strong faith makes it hard for her to believe that Chrissy would be chosen for the next immaculate conception.
SISTER JO (67F) the uptight nun teaching sex-ed with only one form of contraception: abstinence. She has no room for nonsense in her classroom when the consequences of premarital sex are so dire.
FATHER (70M) a Priest that does not get paid enough to deal with Chrissy’s confessions, but gives her much needed wisdom, nonetheless.
