Title: Walls of the Mind

Logline: A psychiatrist visits an institutionalized school shooter who still believes he’s attending university.

Cast Breakdown:
Dr. Thompson (Age mid 40s- early 50s)

A trained asylum doctor and psychiatrist old enough to be Trent’s mother. She first comes into the scene professionally dressed in black, but her clothes change to a doctor’s coat later on. She genuinely wants to understand, help, and rehabilitate Trent.

Trent Hughes (Age 20)
A mentally-ill school shooter who killed several students and his professor at his university. He feels justified in his crime, but holds some underlying regret for his actions. He begins dressed in comfortable clothes, but changes to a hospital gown by the end.
