Danielle is an essayist and poet as well as a professor of rhetoric & composition at Chapman University with a focus on queer and disability studies. She is the author of a full-length poetry book and a chapbook. Her work has been published by MTV, Maudlin House, Crab Fat Magazine, Hobart etc. and is forthcoming in Split Lip.
Makenzie De Armas, B.F.A. 2020
Makenzie is a professional independent writer and game designer for Dungeons & Dragons. Her credits include lead writer for The Islands of Sina Una, co-designer for MCDM Productions’ Kingdoms & Warfare, and guest author on D&D Beyond. Makenzie has also appeared on various game designer panels and actual play content across the Internet, and in July 2020, her short work “Knarl’s Candy Compendium” won the Judges’ Spotlight at the ENnie Awards for tabletop game design.
