Genre: Comedy

Cast Breakdown:
TONY (20s), slim and clever. He is loyal to the Don and has been working for him for as long as he can remember. The mafia is the family he never had. Becoming the don has always been Tony’s dream, and he does not expect his veganism to get in the way.
THE DON (70s), wrinkled and wise. It has been long and stressful life in charge, and he is ready to pass on the torch. The Don loves Tony like a son and has been preparing him for this moment when he will take charge.
LUCA (50s), big and loyal. Luca is the Don’s muscle. He is a tough guy with a secretly tender heart. Luca has stood by the Don’t side through thick and thin but is surprised by the Don’s close-mindedness about veganism.
STEAK (18 months and aged 30-45 days for peak flavor), hopeful and naïve. Steak believed he was different and could escape the ranch to become a pageant cow. He and his wife, Apollonia, had hopes and dreams, but they never made it out and were cooked into delicious steaks.
CHEF (50s), tense and small. His Italian restaurant has been passed down from generation to generation. The chef knows it’s best to do what the mafia says to stay out of trouble.
WAITER (18), timid and nervous. The waiter has just started working at the restaurant and has been struggling to provide quality customer service. He is from the neighborhood and knows how important and powerful the Don is.
