Logline: Bumbling social scientist Dr. Brightwell sets out to prove the benevolent nature of humanity through a series of ethical experiments – and inadvertently reveals the opposite.

DR. MATTHEW BRIGHTWELL (34), a bumbling, idealistic social scientist, hungry to prove himself to the scientific community. Not dumb, but exceptionally short-sighted and unrealistically optimistic.
DR. RACHEL SATURNINE (45), perpetually exhausted, severely overqualified, and painfully pragmatic. Dr. Saturnine is Dr. Brightwell’s assistant, though she shouldn’t be- she has twice his experience and expertise. Doesn’t hold a grudge but can come off as abrasive.
EXECUTIVE LARSON (49), an intimidating man whose life is ruled by the numbers. He has little time or care for personal relations, but matters of business are life and death.
