Following graduation from Chapman University, Bijou plans on getting a doctoral degree in psychology to become a cognitive behavioral therapist. When she is not studying at a coffee shop you can find her hiking, cooking, or reading a good book.<\/p>\n

Her goal is to become a clinical psychologist focusing on the health and well-being of children who have experienced trauma. In her free time, Samira enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking and spending time with her friends and family.<\/p>\n

She enjoys traveling, snorkeling, and hula dancing.<\/p>\n

Marina enjoys playing softball, spending time with her friends and family and traveling.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts and eating with friends and watching too much Netflix.<\/span><\/p>\n

She held a leadership position at Chapman University\u2019s Hillel and worked in the Chapman University Advancement Office\u2019s fundraising department.<\/p>\n

Samantha Goulding<\/strong> graduated from Chapman University in 2017 as a health science major with minors in nutrition and chemistry. She is finishing her MPH at Columbia University and hopes to attend medical school to become an orthopedic surgeon. She is passionate about health, especially pertaining to exercise and nutrition. She was involved with the Beta Beta Beta Biological honors society and participated in the Global Medical Brigade to Nicaragua. In her free time, Samantha enjoys dancing, playing with her dog, and going to hockey games.<\/p>\n

She served as a Trauma Intervention Program volunteer, where she responded to traumatic incidents throughout Southern California to provide emotional support to those in need. Alexandra also worked as a counseling intern, and is pursuing her MSW.<\/p>\n

During my time at Chapman, I’ve been involved on campus through Greek Life, Snow Club, CARES, and TAing research methods! I currently work as a rehabilitation aide at the Winways TBI Clinic in East Orange and hope to pursue a career as a physician’s assistant.<\/p>\n

Natalie Moorhead<\/strong> was a kinesiology major with a minor in psychology. She plans to pursue a graduate degree that incorporates her interests in physical therapy, emergency medicine, and athletic training. She volunteers at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center as well as SCAR Physical Therapy. She was the Vice President of the Rotaract Club and a member of Psi Chi Honor Society. When she is not working at Mother\u2019s Market, she enjoys working out and adventuring with friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

Madison Nesbit<\/strong> was a psychology major with a double minor in Health Sciences and Women\u2019s and Gender Studies. Madison is passionate about studying topics related to adolescent\u2019s mental health, life span, human behavior, and health and well-being. Madison\u2019s postgraduate plan is to obtain her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. When she is not in school, she enjoys hiking with her family and cycling.<\/p>\n

She attends Chapman University’s doctoral program in physical therapy and hopes to specialize with child populations. She volunteers at United Cerebral Palsy as well as the Children\u2019s Hospital of Orange County. She was a member of Chapman’s Floor 13 hip hop dance team and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Her interests include baking, eating, and going to Disneyland.<\/p>\n

She was a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority and multiple honor societies and worked for the City of Irvine Parks and Recreation Department where she taught afterschool programs for children of all ages.<\/p>\n

After graduation she worked at the University of Southern California, assessing health and pain outcomes for orthopedic patients following a Mindfulness-Based Intervention. Olivia completed a master’s degree at California State University Long Beach, where she studied prenatal stress and mindful disposition in low-income women. She is pursuing a doctorate at the University of California, Irvine, and hopes her research will expand current knowledge of mind-body interventions in ways that promote health and well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Danny Whitson<\/strong>. I am a psychology major with minors in IES (Integrated Educational Studies) and Disability Studies. After I finish my undergraduate studies, I plan to earn a graduate degree and work in the schools as a school psychologist. I have lived in Orange County my whole life and plan on staying here. I am passionate about helping others and hope to use my future career to advocate for necessary accommodations to foster the success of students with disabilities. When I’m not studying, I enjoy spending time with family (including a nearly 2-year-old puppy), watching movies, and learning random trivia.<\/p>\n
